After trailing at the half Thursday afternoon vs. La Jolla Country Day, 8-4, the Firebirds came out in the third period fired up. They put together a 5-0 run to take a 1 goal lead into the fourth quarter. The Firebirds were able to fight until the end of the game securing the great comeback with a final score of 12-11. This was a great team win and the Firebirds start Coastal Conference play with a big win. The team will take the field again Tuesday 4/17 at home vs. Bishop's with a 5:15 start. GO FIREBIRDS!
