PRS stands Tough against LCC!

Friday's match against La Costa Canyon's 8 JV teams provided us with opportunities to mix and match our 5 teams to try out new partner combinations. Congratulations to Vanya Gupta and Mila Spengler who played together for the first time and turned in an impressive 28-25 win. Mishaal Ijaz and Chyenne Loyd dug out of a significant hole with a run of fast, low serves and a few well-placed shots, earning an impressive 25-28 score against LCC's number 1 team. Congratulations also go out to Margo Laatz and Smita Varma who took home a win 28-20.
Overall, scores from all the games were up. We've seen steady improvements across the board. We are still focusing on getting our "three touches" and improving on-court communication between partners. Looking forward to a rematch with LCC next week. Go Firebirds!
